Approached by recruiter online, passed initial screening and progressed to first stage interview which was done online. Scheduled an interview with 2 weeks in advance with a coding exercise with an engineer over video call on Zoom.

First talk to recruiter than technical round - it was typical, I was just unprepared with interviewing. Interviewer was very nice, they had good React skills despite using Ocaml every day.
