Pase todas las fases de la entrevista, me felicitaron por pasarlas todas, pero tardaron semanas en volver a contactarme. Finalmente me volvieron a felicitar pero me dijeron que todas plazas ya estaban cubiertas. Perdí ofertas de otras empresas porque me hicieron creer que trabajaría con ellos.

Interview
A video recording with some very basic questions. you have multiple chances to rerecord. After the first interview, they scheduled a video call that was just a conversation with some background history of the interviewers and then questions. Quite simple. The next morning I got a call with an offer.

Empecé haciendo una entrevista online luego pase al siguiente proceso del assessment day que se trataba de presentacion de la compañia, 3 ejercicios grupales y una entrevista en persona, en la que se dividia en dos secciones, una en preguntas tipicas de trabajo y otra de varios casos de aeropuerto para conoceros mejor.
