      Interview

Applied online online assessment video interview F2F The F2F is definitely one of the best interviews I've ever had hands down. I felt welcomed from the very beginning so even though I was a little nervous at the beginning I was able to keep it together and shine and that was thanks to their recruiters kindness and dedication to make you feel comfortable. Tips for the Blue Review: Always smile (contrary to the fake smile everyone thinks is what they are looking for, have always a genuine smile) make yourself accessible and approachable, make a statement: a lot of people will go to the interview, you want to be someone they remember (nice outfit, bubbly/charming personality, positive attitude), be clear on why you want to be a Flight attendant and why JetBlue ( now please be creative I am pretty sure that besides the good traveling benefits there is something about this company that makes you want to belong to it), Dress neatly and professional (you do not want to go looking like you are going to the club or going to do groceries. Google or check on Pinterest nice professional outfits), be friendly!!! (when working on groups listen to everybody!! something that might look stupid for you it might be a great idea someone wants to share with passion so don't be that person to shut that idea down or overlook what he/she has to contribute. Recruiters will be listening and looking to everyone's behavior so you definitely don't want to come across as rude and not a team player), And last but not least mingle and be friendly. After my Blue Review which was in NYC I got a call inviting me to training. I cant begin to explain how excited I am. I am also looking forward to see who will be in my class!!!

The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
