      Flight Attendant Interview

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Long Beach, CA) in Apr 2016

      Interview

First I sent in my application Then online questionnaire Then video interview Then F2F I have to admit that I was really nervous going into it. But as soon as I got there I walked into there with a smile on my face and instantly made eye contact with everyone in the hall and started to shake hands. We were asked to enter a conference room where they did an overview of the company and what to expect as a flight attendant. They also gave us a group activity. After those were finished we opted to skip the lunch break and go straight in to the interviews. They asked us to line up and asked for us about 10 at a time. Half the room was interviews the other half was debrief interviews. After I completed those I went out to do my finger printing, PA announcement, and reach test. All were very easy!!! I felt very relaxed the whole time. All I felt the whole time were positive vibes. Also make sure you read the pdf file they send you very carefully. Some people showed up in an outfit that was not on list of things they were expecting. Other then that, just smile the whole time, don't be afraid to be yourself, and also make sure you speak with a positive attitude toward any question they ask you!! I have not been notified of I've received the job or not. Waiting to hear back in two weeks!!

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
