      Long Island City, NY

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (Long Island City, NY) in Jun 2017

      Interview

I applied on February 6, 2017 and then got an email saying they wanted to give me a phone interview in may. But idk why they mail was going in my junk so luckily I got a reminder email and so that and so so shocked. I did the phone interview and within a few minutes got an email to come to JetBlue's headquarters in Long Island City for an interview from 10am-5pm. When I first went everyone sat in a room where, all the staff introduced themselves and the positions where they work, And then we watched videos about jetBlue & it's fleet history. And also learned about pay and how orientation and the whole offer process works. After that we then went in the break room where they started to call everyone for one on one interviews, the process took 3 hours which was long, but they do observe you while your sitting there.Make sure you are ALWAYS SMILING, not by yourself in a corner, make sure you talk to the people around you and make conversation because they watch for that also, The staff was so nice , friendly and entertaining they made me laugh the whole day. They didn't drug test us or anything. I said No that I didn't get an Offer because they said I will know by Monday, so my fingers are crossed.

      Airport Operations Crew Member Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Providence, RI) in Jun 2024

      Interview

It's definitely a very long process where you have to have a lot of patience in waiting! At least that's how it was for me. I applied June 4th, 2024. I got an email the very next day inviting me to do a virtual audio interview. Pretty standard interview, not as complicated. After the virtual interview you had to complete some personality assessments/games. After all of that was completed, August 1st, 2024, I got an email inviting me for a virtual interview with two of the supervisors alongside some other candidates at the same time. It was a group interview so it was very interesting to experience. The interview followed by a series of around 5 questions mostly about past experiences you've gone through that would showcase how you've dealt with customer service. After the interview, about six days passed by and I received an email saying that I passed to the compliance stage and gave me instructions on the Drug test, Background check, and fingerprinting I needed to do. It took about 5 days for me to complete everything and on August 19th, I received another email saying that I passed the compliance stage and had to schedule a quick phone call with my recruiter the same day. I spoke with my recruiter, he officially offered me the job, told me a little bit about the role, the pay, benefits, and also explained that I would have to go to Orlando, Florida to Jetblue University for training for a duration of about 2 weeks. I will now be heading to Florida for my AO Training in about two weeks. Overall, it was definitely a long process but worth it!
