      Airport Operations Crew Member Interview

      26 Jul 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Newark, NJ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Newark, NJ)

      Interview

it was very nice but long process, prepare yourself to spend like 4 hours listening about the company... personally, I love the process because is different and fun, JETBLUE members are great people and they makes you feel relax, they are like your friends on that moment. The easy part is the interview, the just ask you 3-4 easy questions, can be about personal work situations and JETBLUE as a company... don't get nervous, and if you are just let them know because they like honestly and also they speak to you to make you feel better. After the interview, you have to do drug test, finger prints and background employment check, this last one can be the long one because they have to confirm every job experience and if you have a gap of 6 months or more you need to justify with school, medical, or any really good proof (I still in that process), they call you if they need anything.

      Airport Operations Crew Member Interview

      20 Aug 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Providence, RI

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Providence, RI) in Jun 2024

      Interview

It's definitely a very long process where you have to have a lot of patience in waiting! At least that's how it was for me. I applied June 4th, 2024. I got an email the very next day inviting me to do a virtual audio interview. Pretty standard interview, not as complicated. After the virtual interview you had to complete some personality assessments/games. After all of that was completed, August 1st, 2024, I got an email inviting me for a virtual interview with two of the supervisors alongside some other candidates at the same time. It was a group interview so it was very interesting to experience. The interview followed by a series of around 5 questions mostly about past experiences you've gone through that would showcase how you've dealt with customer service. After the interview, about six days passed by and I received an email saying that I passed to the compliance stage and gave me instructions on the Drug test, Background check, and fingerprinting I needed to do. It took about 5 days for me to complete everything and on August 19th, I received another email saying that I passed the compliance stage and had to schedule a quick phone call with my recruiter the same day. I spoke with my recruiter, he officially offered me the job, told me a little bit about the role, the pay, benefits, and also explained that I would have to go to Orlando, Florida to Jetblue University for training for a duration of about 2 weeks. I will now be heading to Florida for my AO Training in about two weeks. Overall, it was definitely a long process but worth it!
