Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The interview consisted more about Behavioral questions. Barely any questions regarding your past experience. Your personality here matters a lot. Be yourself at all times... The process took so long.. But if you’re asked to drug test you pretty much have one foot in the door.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.

Question 1
Could you tell me why you think you would be a great fit for company?
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
