I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2014
Interview
got an email with an invitation that I accepted, went to the appt and 2 people asked the questions. they were very nice and asked pertinent questions to clarify my answers. they followed up promptly with the decision that was made. Even though I didn't 100% qualify for the position, they still gave me a chance at the interview.
The HR was very friendly and professional. We covered a range of topics including behavioral questions, salary expectations, and sponsorship requirements. It was a pleasant conversation overall, and she mentioned that the team will review my application further. I really appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions and provide helpful insights about the process.

Question 1
Sponsorship and salary expectation. also some background related to the resume
Phone screen lasted 15-20 minutes. Was thrown off because they asked me about my experience with Graphic Design and different tools I use in it. I know in the job description it mentioned it was preferred, but the interview made it sound like it was required and more graphic based than analytical. Also got asked salary expectations and said I was open to discussion if it came to an offer, but was basically demanded to give a number.
Whole process took 3.5 weeks. First round: with a recruiter who asked standard behavioral questions. Second round: with a manager and it was very odd. They showed up 15 minutes late AND took a phone call in the middle of the interview (any other company I would run but this was my dream company). I got an auto-rejection email with no feedback two weeks later. Looking back, it feels like I wasn't even taken seriously and I question what was actually going on.
