Online application, assessment centre, two interviews (one in London, one local). Typical assessment based exercises, and standard interview questions. Weirdly, in the assessment, there was a group interview, where three people had to answer different questions in front of the same observer.

Question 1
All pretty standard questions. JL look for how you act and consider others. They recruit on the right attitude, not necessarily how expert you are in a particular area (for branches anyway). For corporate roles, they are alot more choosy for the higher level roles.

Group interview and presentation where you had to give a 5 minute presentation to the full group including assessors then 2 breakout groups who had to discuss/argue for what their solution to a specific problem would be and then justify it between the whole group.
