30/45 minute group interview, several basic exercises, for example mind mapping example of great customer service with a group/ and also important things on how to sell. then waited for about 15/20 minutes for a one on one interview which lasted around 20 mins, they were really nice. Offer came in several days later.

Good, could’ve been a little more structured on their side but felt comfortable enough as they were lovely people. They are very inclusive and I appreciated that. I would reccomend going in knowing exactly what you want

Playing games and answering questions together as a group, answering questions together as a team, role-playing to solve problems faced, filling in an offer form including work schedules, etc., followed by individual interviews.
