Question 1
Group, scenario-based questions: such as: "the shelves of another department are messy and customers are struggling to find stock, what would you do in this situation?"
I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Cambridge, England)
Interview
Was in a small group of around 8-10 people. We were asked our names and our favourite thing about Christmas. Then we were given a sheet with different scenarios on it and had 5 minutes to make notes on how we'd approach these scenarios before sharing our answers as a group. Some people dominated the conversation, making it hard to get a word in with interrupting.
