Process is good, initial application and then online assessment. Then there is a in person interview which includes a group scenario based assessment and then a individual interview with one of the managers at the store
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
