After applying online I received an email requesting a telephone interview. I ended up interviewing over the phone for approximately 30-minutes with someone from their human resources department. After about a month I was contacted to see if I would go in for an on-site interview which I did. There was actually some confusion on their end and they were interviewing for a different position than the one they had done my phone interview for.

It was over telegram. It was about 20 minutes in total. I got the job but declined it for another offer that I found out was fake anyway. I started the interview immediately after I got the invite for it.
