Interview
Very detailed and comprehensive, enjoyed meeting all the team prior to agreement on the position. Interview process was very intimate, met individually with each team leader of each respective department. The process was very comprehensive and created a level of confidence that all involved parties were committed to ensuring the "right" fit for the position.

Several skype interviews with situational based questions. Multiple scenario questions from past experience and specific examples required. There were 3 separate interviews with management, human resources and peers. The entire process took a time span of 3-4 weeks before the offer was submitted.
