Phone screen interview with recruiter. It went well. Proceeded with virtual interview with one of the hiring managers. It went super well. They told me I'd get a response after a week. I proceeded to get ghosted for 5 months and still counting. Very cool guys,

Interview for 1 hour and need to share a lot of experience. Just directly interview with the boss. It is not that hard but need to give a lot of example which is real life example and how you solve it
