I applied online as an external candidate working as a contractor for another J&J company. I was contacting by a recruiter and had a phone interview. I was then passed on to the hiring manager for another phone interview. The last set of interviews were held on site and were scheduled for a full day involving 6 different interviews.The interviewers were from my department as well as manufacturing. Everybody was very friendly.

Received digital interview invitation after two weeks of applying. However, I had several technical issues while submitting the digital interview which made me panicked. And still waiting for next step . Its been a month though.So I am not very hopeful at this point.
