Applied on the company website and was invited for the interview. First round with HR, the interview took 30 minutes and came back with second interview about 2 weeks later with a person from Sales function. 2 weeks later I was invited to do the panel interview with other candidates for a group presentation followed by a face to face interview with one of the panel interviewers.
