Process was finalized in reasonable timing (rare in JnJ)
Three interviews in total, by phone : It started with HR, then with hiring manager and finally with n+2 manager + finance manager. Answer given by email. Contract sent pretty quickly.
I had to provide references. My previous managers were contacted. I had to provide as well my previous salary and bonus.
