I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Somerville, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview led to hiring; networking very important. Spoke with direct manager, team manager, group manager, etc... Sophomore year summer internship so process taken more lightly than normal. Full-time role interview much longer.
