I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Allentown, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
First round of interviews was on campus. First few minutes were with a recent graduate from my school who has been a part of the FLDP, just gave some insight on the program and asked if I had any questions going into the interview. Actual interview had a 30 minute window, interviewer was also a recent graduate, very informative about the program and J&J and didn't mind going over the allotted time. As mentioned by previous reviewers, interview consisted of the basic behavior questions focusing heavily on "leadership, teamwork, and process improvement (ex. Tell me about a time when you saw an inefficent process and what you did to improve it)." The twp accounting questions were very introductory and didn't go into much detail as far walking through an explanation, a quick articulate answer was sufficient. Overall, it was very "fit" and resume oriented.
Second round is an upcoming two-day event at J&J's headquarters in New Brunswick.

Question 1
Talk about the main financial statements. Which of the statements do you find most important/useful and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
My overall experience of J&J FLDP EMEA was disappointing due to a lack of transparency and communication.
The process began with online assessments → a prerecorded video interview → two-day assessment center.
However, after investing significant time and effort, the communication post-interview fell short. Candidates were left waiting over a month for feedback with no updates or clarity during the wait. To my understanding, the hiring committee was on holiday during this period, which made me question how well they retained impressions of candidates after such a long delay.
Ultimately, I received a cold, generic rejection email with no personal feedback, despite the rigorous nature of the process. Given J&J’s credo and reputation for caring for people, this lack of transparency and respect for candidates was extremely disappointing.

Two hour-long interviews. One was behavioral and the other was a case study. I was given 45 minutes to study the case and come up with a solution with analysis and models. Then I presented in 10 minutes with 5 minutes of questions.
