Interview
I don't recall there being one. I started as a temp and got rolled over to permanent status after completing my one year contract. Best advice I can give on the subject of interviewing based on my experience is just come to work and do what is asked daily. Attendance factors heavily also. Do not be tardy or miss without notice.
