TECHINICAL ,MANAGER ROUND HR DISCUSSION , BUSINESS ANALYSIS, FORECASTE, BUDGET , FINANCIALS , JAVA, PROSESS FLOW, EXPERIENCE, TPOWER BI, JIRA, WATER FLOW METHODOLOGY ,. Work as a member of the Scrum teams - fulfilling the Product owner role; 2. Develop a thorough understanding of customer’s needs/interests and responsible to represent these within the Scrum team; 3. Collaborating closely with the Scrum team on a daily basis, responsible for defining the “what” and explaining the “why”, allowing the team to efine the “how” ; 4. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, showing what the Scrum team is working on next; 5. Ensuring that the Backlog items are refined to the level needed by the team enabling specifications; 6. Working closely with the Product management/business leads to create and maintain the Product Backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap; 7. Play an active role in further defining the product vison and road-map; 8. Lead/coordinate the testing and software validation activities 9. Performs other duties as directed.
