I applied through college. The interview was relax and the recruiter would guide you if you did not know the answer. The interview only lasted a little bit over a half hour and was mostly based on questions about my resume and most of them were behavioral questions.. None of the questions was hard.

Applied online. Got an on campus interview. Was tough and very detailed questions proving you did more than surface level research but overall great experience. Both interviewers were incredibly kind. Got the offer 1 week after.

There is one self recorded submission interview where you answer roughly 3-5 questions. After that there will be a zoom call interview with usually 1-2 hiring staff that will ask more in depth questions.
