Interview
My experience interviewing with this company was excellent from start to finish. After applying online, I was contacted within two weeks, and the recruiter remained exceptionally professional and communicative throughout the entire process. The interview structure was well-organized, beginning with a smooth initial phase, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager that utilized the STAR method to effectively assess my technical and behavioral background. The final on-site visit, which included a presentation and office tour, offered a great look into the company culture. Overall, the process was transparent, efficient, and highly positive, leaving me very enthusiastic about the opportunity.
