Internal application: I was talking to a different manager within J&J and the overall conversation was easy going and open & honest. I never had the feeling that I was being in a bad spot or in disadvantage. Probably a result of being also open and honest from the start.
It was easy and good, I applied for treasury analyst role people are kind and ready to help. i think you need to prepare for corporate finance questions, impress them well
First I had to submit my CV. Then a few days after, I received a request to submit an online interview within four days. The online interview was through HireVue, where you had to reply to 3 questions (enough time to prepare).
Muito boa a entrevista, pessoal muito respeitoso e processo claro com o candidato do início ao fim da entrevista. Pena que não deu certo, me parece ser uma empresa séria, comprometida com os funcionários dela
