Virtual Interviews consisting of both personality tests and recorded online asynchronous interview questions. Personally, it felt informal and I wonder if they are effective in representing yourself as a candidate.

Record a video with questions displayed on screen. There is a timer but you can reanswer questions. The hardest part is probably answering interview questions essentially talking to a screen and not a human.
