I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Corporate interview was a waste of time, poor questions that were not relevant to the role, panel had arrogance to them, the panel was over a half hour late and cut the interview short by the time they were late, they did not value my time at all. Panel went around the room asking questions specific to their role in the organization and not centered around the actual role I was applying for with one panel member not asking any questions at all. They did good an over all background on their company, but I already had this knowledge based on my due diligence.

Question 1
Was asked about current company with probing questions, seemed to want to know what current insurance company was doing more than an interview for a role. There were no questions on my fit into the role and the most interesting reason for the declination of an offer was due to an item not in the job role and never asked or discussed with me. It appeared their decision was made up prior to the interview and I was one of the required applicants needed to interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Diablo, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.

Question 1
Multi-part questions. One was about how I worked with someone resistant to the changes. Follow-up on how I work with doctors that don't want to do what is needed.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Polite process interviewed with recruiter & 2 VPs in consulting group. Mostly working on the expansion of Risant into non California and other areas. Heard a lot about their expansion plans
Very long and tedious. Too many interviewers whose feedback is not even valid. The interview is somewhat relevant to the position you are applying for but mostly it is very general and sometimes during the process you feel that
