I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fontana, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
First I did a phone interview with the HR talent recruiter. It was nice and easy about 15 minutes. She explained the position and asked me some brief screening questions. Then scheduled me for a group interview that Friday. The day of the interview I was grouped with about 50 people. We were all brought into a conference room and sat in alphabetical order. We all had to stand, introduce ourselves, and explain why we wanted the position. Then the next phase of the interview was to partner up, interview each other, and present your partner and explain why they would be the right choice for the position. The last part of the group interview was to select a random question and answer it in front of the group. The managers excused themselves for a "lunch break" and we were all excused 1 by one. Depending on which door you went out of meant you were actually selected for the 2nd interview phase, which was 1 on 1 with the managers.
Luckily I got selected for the 2nd interview. It was pretty easy. The manger asked me some written questions and wrote my answers down. He also allowed me to ask some questions as well. Overall I thought the process went really well.
