Got a call from the department supervisor he asked me if I was still interested in the position I said yes still interested, he invited me to go to a face to face interview. Interview was scheduled for October 10th. They day of the interview I got there it was a Panel interview I met with the department Manager, Supervisor and Lead. The department supervisor was the one that ran most of the interview he went over some details on what the duties are and the locations of the position, all 3 took turns asking questions, the interview took about 25 minutes once done with their questions they asked me if I had any questions I asked my questions and they informed me that they are a union company and that there was no negotiation on the payrate which I dont know what it is because they didn’t disclosed the amount and that they still had more interviews to do but I would hear back from them in a week with the outcome. The week came by and did not hear anything so I I left a couple more days go by and called and left a voice mail On Thursday day 10 and got a called on Friday morning from department supervisor informing me that they had choosen a Candidate that I was a very strong candidiate but they had made an offer and he invited me to reapply to a new position that is going to become available in about 4 weeks.
