I applied online after a week or so was emailed a link to do the assessment tests. They took in total around 2 hours to complete. A few days after I finished those I received a call from a nurse manager wanting to set up an interview and tour. The interview consisted of basic behavioral questions which were not difficult, and then mock phone scenarios which were more difficult. It was intense but they were very nice and encouraging. I thought I did horribly, but they offered me the job after a few minutes talking outside the room. The manager wanted me to verbally accept the offer or not then and there, which I thought was unusual, having not discussed details like pay at all. I ended up not taking the position because the 6 week training was full time and evening shift hours, which I could not do. The actual job was part time and day time hours. I do wish that I could have made it work though!
