Interview
Once I was able to get an interview it was handled swiftly & professionally. The problem was getting any response by only using their website to apply. Finally someone told me in order to get in you had to literally get someone to take your resume to HR from within. I met an employee at a job fair and gave her my resume and I was called about 2-3 weeks later, This was after using the online application for over a year, for the same job I eventually got hired for.
Group interview involving a panel of two and four other candidates. Questions range from behavioral such as the STAR method. Be
prepared to speak about the experience on your
resume have it readily available to quickly recall dates and
tasks Focus on describing your recent work history Do not
go back further than 7 years unless asked about skills or
experience related to that scope.
