From my experience, after submitting my resume I was contacted by a recruiter. After speaking to the recruiter, they sent me a link to apply. After several emails to follow up- Round two was with the hiring manager of the team. Round three was supposed to be with members of the team.

Interviews were more of a conversation, they asked about my background and mainly wanted to know about my experience with employee relations and unions.

Very organized process with scheduling and met very nice people during the process. Facilities are new and modern. The interview process was professional and used panels of peers and leaders. There were threes interviews total.
