I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Santa Rosa, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Conducted via Zoom with CNO due to manager’s vacations and turnover at the time. Interview was straight forward and lasted about 20 minutes. Went through the general questions like, “What makes you want to work for Kaiser?” And “Please summarize your educational and work experience.” Then she went onto more specific questions about past work situations i.e. handling a difficult recent work situation, an example of how you advocated for a patient, tell me about a time your patient was upset and how did you problem solve it, etc. Asked about whether I ever had a conflict with a coworker or physician. Lots of behavioral type questions.
