      Guest Experience Specialist Interview

      12 May 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kasa

      Interview

I applied online and they move very fast in the process (appreciated that). I interviewed with a multiple of people, and had to do a case study. A lot of WFH jobs are really making the case study a step in their interview process nowadays. After my final interview which seemed more like an "I want to see what got you to the final interview with me" meeting, I was rejected, WOW! I felt extremely robbed of an opportunity (lol, so serious), especially as I continued to move on to the next steps. This makes me question, what are these companies really looking for? I have many years of experience in this kind of role, including WFH. After reviewing the interview reviews on Glassdoor again, I'm convinced the person with the final say does not want people that are too experienced (over qualified). If I was not a good fit, I would have received a TBNT email after the first few interviews and case study, no? It seems like whoever is making the final decision, wants people with little to no experience. This is not a bad thing but can that be stated in the job post just like everything else? It's that, or they really aren't hiring because every position for this title is still very much open to apply. I would have thought at least a couple of the open positions would have disappeared by now. I have nothing bad to say at all, but they definitely missed out on a great employee. As my friend told me, it just meant something greater will be presented. Good luck to the others.

      4 Nov 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kasa in May 2022

      Interview

A ton of ridiculousness for an entry level job. Several rounds of interviews, and it's clear they don't want anyone with actual experience in support, combined with a lot of specific questions about their internal processes that an interviewee wouldn't know. The recruiters were great, and I was really excited about the role when I met with them, but the hiring managers turned me off.

      Interview

The interviewer was friendly and asked some great questions. It was relatively easy and felt like it went very well. They sent me a form to fill out afterwards, then never got back to me once I submitted it.
