Interview
The interview process was done over the phone approximately 5 days after I applied online. After the interview was done I was immediately offered the position. They give you a list of days and you have to be available for those days. If you are not available for those days then you are not able to accept the offer and you can not continue onto the project.

Once you clear their assement then take interview, It was easy, ask very simple question about your self, ask question from your job background, they asked me how to handle difficult client, why this role ,

It was Smooth and easy. They asked basic customer service questions. Questions related past job and situation based questions but before that there was a simulation which u need to pass for the interview.
