Very desagreable communication - their internal recruiter did not make me willing to work for them, wake up! Very unprofessional, not structured, not a positive experience overall, I then even did not try to "sell" myself.

Very tedious and long . Nothing after email from HR. They work at the speed of a snail. It became obvious that they are in no hurry to hire anyone anytime soon.

Only gone through one round, no news after after months despite supposedly good feedback. Followed up closely several times but did not hear back at all. Quite a disappointing experience.

Entretiens passionnants, entreprise à forte personnalité, valeurs fortes. 3 tours. Entretien en anglais, pas besoin d'italien. Commencer a apprendre quelques notions tout de meme. RH plaisants et manager impliqués dans leurs équipes. Je ne suis pas arrivé au bout mais la vitrine donnait envie de travailler pour le groupe.

YIKES! I will say in 15 years of interviewing I never walked out in the middle of one. This was a first. The person interviewing me seemed so uninterested in what I was saying and so cold it made me incredibly uncomfortable. They wouldn’t even look at me..they asked me ridiculous questions as if I had the job already. I did my best to get through the first part of the interview and then got the heck out when I had the chance. There were several red flags before I even walked in the door but I gave it all a chance..and figured it wouldn’t hurt to see what they had to say. Fortunately I’m not desperate for a new job and am still employed now. But wow. People who are not HR have no business interviewing people. They lost a great employee who would have stayed with them for a long time. I’m glad I saw the true colors during the interview and got out before it went any further.
- 1)How many lines were on the excel report I worked on two years ago for management. 2) what are your strengths and weaknesses.(.ridiculous question) 3) they were testing me on hts. Seriously? Lol. I don’t remember what shoes are listed in in the HTS. 4) what’s your experience with excel..PowerPoint .

Molto veloce e HR disponibili. Forse un po’ troppi steps che alla fine diventano un po’ ripetitivi. Prima uno colloquio telefonico, poi uno con i talent acquisition, poi specialist ed infine manager HR Business partner

It took almost 2 months. First a call with HR of a third party contractor. Then, interview with Kering's HR mostly motivational, they tested my English speaking level. Then a technical interview, where I was given a business case to analyze some days before of the interview and then show them. Lastly, another HR motivational interview.
