Pros
Office is very nice, open concept, and modern The cleaning staff are the only
Cons
- managers offer no training and expect subordinates to pick up immediately - high turnover. This was noted in reviews before mine but please do not take this one with a grain of salt - fake social environment. Don’t be fooled by the office small talk and jokes. These people will turn on you at the drop of a dime, very low morale, cut throat - very low pay for the work expected of you

Pros
You get to work in a office.
Cons
Poor compensation & benefits. Incompetent HR is sleeping on the job. You won't get opportunity for promotion or career advancement. HR doesn't care about your head of department bias or favoritism towards other employee that can talk without producing quality work. Worst still there is no fair employment for local versus foreigner. A foreigner employee with fake experience and certificates joined the company!!! HR never do a background check. The company insurance doesn't cover much for the employees. Very political and toxic environment. Every departments only take care themselve, this is a serious organization problem.

Kering Singapore a company doesn't have empathy for employees
20 Apr 2023 - Manager in SingaporeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You'll get to work in the office.
Cons
Very political and toxic work environment. Almost every week, you can hear the HR ladies gossip, laughing out loud in the common area, which is very annoying and disturbing!!!. Over-promoting empowering woman's rights. Obviously, you don't expect to have good compensation & benefits. Bad HR culture is equal to a toxic environment and no empathy for employees.
