The process was pretty straight forward. They ask questions to see if you understand customer service and want you to give examples. I was nervous but the HR person made me feel comfortable. She answered my questions, then asked if I could wait a few minutes to see if the manager could meet with me. A few minutes later, she came back and introduced me to the manager.
