Interview
I had a referral and spoke with their HR team before applying. I initially wanted to join as a Financial Advisor but they didn't think I had enough experience and wanted me to work as a banker for 2-3 years first. I did a phone screen and one or two rounds of video interviews before they called me with an update. They said I seemed overeager to be an advisor and were worried I would do the job.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KeyBank in Jan 2010
Interview
I first had a phone interview which was about 30 minutes long, and then a formal interview with my future manager which was about 45 minutes. The whole process was pretty simple.
