The interview process consisted of three phone calls and one in person interview.
The phone calls were all initial introductions, inquiries of experience and interest as well as qualifications and candidate characteristics. Two were conducted with HR rep and one with hiring manager.
In person interview was a series of three rooms with 2-3 employees per room. One was HR based on e again to verify candidate legitimacy. The interviewed for room one were respectful and direct. Room two was a simulation, where the candidate chose a product to sell and walked through the sales approach with the two interviewers. The two interviewers were cocky and somewhat disrespectful in their approach to the process. Third room consisted of two interviewers. One happened to be upper management of Cleveland branch. She was highly disrespectful, used a demeaning tone and asked questions that did not relate to the position in any way. Communication was good up until after in person interview where there was not a single correspondence or response to questions until several weeks later. Overall a very disrespectful experience and if they treat their employees the way they treat their candidates, it is not a quality company to work for.
