Kforce Account Manager/Recruiter interview questions

1 interview, they are desperate. There is a lot of talk about how you can make 6 figures there. You will not, I repeat you will not and that doesn't matter how hard you work. they have people putting in long days/weeks but because of the low margins and high expectations only the manager gets the 6 figures. Everyone else doesn't even make commission but only for a little bit... NO MATTER WHAT WE TELL YOU!
