They do a phone interview at first to do an initial screening, make sure you've read up on the company and what they do. You will be asked. They look for mobility, you have to be willing to relocate to very remote locations i.e. camp work. On the plus side, they pay very well. They don't really like the office type, they want people that like to get their hands dirty. They like builders, not designers. They do a first interview either online or in person depending on location and availability. If you pass that, they then do a second interview to decide if they want you or not. Recruiters will send you a survey to complete, ask for a work sample and a few other documents that will be used at the interview.
