Interview
Recruiter scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was conducted by the recruiter. Pretty simple questions more geared toward personality and overall interest in the company. The interviewer was friendly, conversational, and was experienced in interviewing.
About an hour long interview. Standard questions about experience, personality, how you would deal with certain situations etc. Not too many behavioral questions. Overall it was not a difficult interview.

How would you deal with tough situations from field operations staff?
Interview was through the phone and very easy. A total of 3 interviews before they hire. First is the recruiter. Next is the manger. And finally it’s the senior manger.
The interview process was very simple. First I applied for the job, then about a week later a got a notification saying that they wanted to do a 15 minute phone interview
