The Recruiter and HR Director interviews were very nice and professional. The final interview was fine and I'm paraphrasing here because I can't remember the exact words. But she said that HR barely has their nose above water so it constantly feels like they're drowning in work. She also said she has a knack for reading people and proceeded to make assumptions about me throughout the interview. I understand that there is a lot of assuming that goes into the interview process but it's definitely bad interview etiquette to say those assumptions to the candidate. Overall was a positive experience.

Applied online. Scheduled a time for a phone screen. Was asked to move it 10 minutes before which was not a big deal but it went downhill from there.
