Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants interview questions

I applied multiple times for positions with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and never received any confirmation that my applications were received. I also sent my resume directly to the General Manager of the Kimpton Taconic Hotel in Manchester, Vermont, and never received a phone call or any response. The hiring process appears highly unprofessional and discourteous. Ignoring qualified applicants without even acknowledging their applications reflects poorly on the company and suggests a serious lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. I would not recommend applying here if you expect basic communication or professional treatment.
