This was such a drawn out experience. I had nine different sessions/interviews with staff across the organization. (I think) I hit it off with them. I even toured their NYC office (even though I ended up interviewing virtually from one of their conference rooms). Everyone there has mostly worked in a legal setting and they act like it's the most challenging work environment ever and that nobody could understand it unless they've also worked in it. Every time I thought I was done, the recruiter would follow-up with "the team loved meeting you, please provide your availability for the next two weeks". At the end of the process, I received an offer that was well below my expectations which I made clear at the beginning of the process.
