It was a normal IB interview process. Phone screen, zoom etc and it was all done virtual. Didn't make it to final around but everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Would reccommend to anyone

First Round: Behavioral and questions regarding ADG Superday: 1 Behavioral, 2 Job Fit Interviews, and a Technical Round There were a lot of questions regarding why you wanted to live in DC and why you want to work in the lower middle market. They cancelled a lot on interviews since Capital One handles that part so be prepared to be flexible.

Interview
Interviewed on campus with two members of the firm - one Associate and one Director. Questions were behavioral with some technical questions at the end. Was invited to a second round at their offices where I spoke with five different members of the firm, also all behavioral.
