Interview
It was a normal IB interview process. Phone screen, zoom etc and it was all done virtual. Didn't make it to final around but everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Would reccommend to anyone
First Round: Job Fit
Superday: Job Fit, Behavioral, Technical
Pretty simple process, no crazy trick questions, They were really trying to assess interest in the role, industry, and company. Found out result of first round after one day.
Applied via online portal to their 2023 summer associate program, application deadline was mid November and I was extended an invite to interview just before thanksgiving. Given the time of year invites go out, I was told all first round interviews take place after the holiday season. The first round interview will be over zoom and lasted about 30 minutes. It will be a behavioral/fit interview. Mine was with an associate, and questions were standard behavioral questions
