3 Rounds-Telephonic(technical),Live task and HR. All the 3 rounds took 12 days to complete.They work too slowly i guess.Total waste of time. They just want employees with low salary demands. They offered the same package as my previous one even when I had already told them about my expectations. No proper explaination of salary structure. To increase CTC..they give "incentives" based on your performance on a project(Variable). No proper explaination of allowances/benefits.
