It was first an interview screening with a recruiter. Probably 5-10 minutes long with basic questions such as how did you hear about this role, when could you start, etc. No real evaluation of skills. The second interview was with my current manager and it was just a conversation about previous experience and a few "tell me about a time when..." questions. The third interview felt like a repeat of the second one but with a different team member.
